हिन्दी सलाहकार समिति (Hindi Salahkar Samiti)

राजभाषा नीति (Official Language Policy) के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के लिए भारत सरकार के प्रत्येक मंत्रालय एवं विभाग में संबंधित मंत्री की अध्यक्षता में हिन्दी सलाहकार समिति का गठन किया जाता है।

इस समिति का मुख्य उद्देश्य मंत्रालय/विभाग में हिन्दी के प्रयोग की प्रगति की समीक्षा करना, राजभाषा हिन्दी के अधिकाधिक उपयोग हेतु सुझाव देना तथा राजभाषा अधिनियम, 1963, राजभाषा नियम, 1976 एवं भारत सरकार की राजभाषा नीति के प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन को सुनिश्चित करना है।

हिन्दी सलाहकार समिति के प्रमुख कार्य

• मंत्रालय/विभाग में हिन्दी के प्रयोग की प्रगति की समीक्षा करना।

• कार्यालयी कार्यों में हिन्दी के अधिकाधिक प्रयोग हेतु सुझाव देना।

• राजभाषा नीति के क्रियान्वयन में आने वाली कठिनाइयों पर विचार करना।

• हिन्दी में कार्य करने के लिए अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों को प्रोत्साहित करना।

• राजभाषा संबंधी कार्यक्रमों एवं योजनाओं की समीक्षा करना।

• राजभाषा अधिनियम एवं नियमों के अनुपालन की स्थिति का मूल्यांकन करना।

बैठकें

राजभाषा नियमों के अनुसार हिन्दी सलाहकार समिति की बैठक सामान्यतः वर्ष में कम से कम दो बार आयोजित की जाती है।

 हिन्दी सलाहकार समिति भारत सरकार की राजभाषा नीति के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन एवं सरकारी कार्यों में हिन्दी के प्रगतिशील प्रयोग को बढ़ावा देने वाली एक महत्वपूर्ण सलाहकारी संस्था है।

Hindi Salahkar Samiti

Hindi Salahkar Samitis are constituted in various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India under the Chairmanship of the respective Ministers for the effective implementation of the Official Language Policy.

The main objective of these committees is to review the progress made in the use of Hindi, suggest measures for increasing the use of Hindi in official work, and ensure effective implementation of the Official Language Act, 1963, Official Language Rules, 1976 and Government of India’s Official Language Policy.

Main Functions of Hindi Salahkar Samiti

• To review the progress of Hindi usage in the Ministry/Department.

• To suggest measures for increasing the use of Hindi in official work.

• To examine difficulties in implementing the Official Language Policy.

• To encourage officers and staff to work in Hindi.

• To review various Official Language programmes and schemes.

• To monitor compliance with Official Language Act and Rules.

Meetings

As per the Official Language Rules, the Committee is generally required to meet at least twice a year.

Hindi Salahkar Samiti plays an important advisory role in promoting the progressive use of Hindi and ensuring effective implementation of the Official Language Policy in Government offices.
