4. शब्दावली का विकास

5. सरल एवं सुबोध हिंदी का प्रयोग

राजकीय कार्यों में ऐसी हिंदी के प्रयोग को प्रोत्साहित किया जाना चाहिए जो सरल (Simple), सहज (Easy) एवं जनसामान्य द्वारा आसानी से समझी जा सके। यह राजभाषा नीति का महत्वपूर्ण उद्देश्य है।

अनुच्छेद 351 के अंतर्गत केंद्र सरकार को निम्न कार्य करने का दायित्व सौंपा गया है—

• हिंदी भाषा का प्रचार एवं प्रसार करना।
